Welcome to the Pennsylvania Department of State, Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs (BPOA) online system to request electronic Verification/Certification of License or Verification/Certification of License with History. Read the instructions below to determine which BPOA Boards participate in each of these services and their process.
Upon completion of the online request and payment of the fee, the Board will electronically send the requested document and a secure link to the designated recipient.
Follow the instructions below to request that a Verification/Certification of License or Verification/Certification of License with History be sent electronically. Fees are assessed at the end of the process.

Enter Search criteria and search for the required license record on the search page(click on one of the links above).
Search results are displayed
Click on the license full name from the result displayed. You will be directed to a detail page.
On the detail page click on the "Request Verification/Certification of License" link to apply for this record. You will be directed to the Request Verification/Certification of License page.
